I am intrigued with the tone of this piece. There seems to be an ominous feel to the action in the poem. I would love to see what you finally end up with (if possible).
On another note: what plugin/program are you using to create the embeded (I think that is the right term) look/window for your piece?

I never know where a poem is headed. We’ll see. I’m feeling very ominous these days.
Eric: I used the “pre” html tag, which you can use to enclose already-formatted text. That way you don’t have to manually put in spaces, etc. The way the “pre” tag is styled on this blog is with an inset border with that stripey background. These are the styles for it:
