Well the poetry reading was a success! Yay! Thanks for the good vibes.

The weather here in Charlotte NC is very warm. I mostly brought sweaters. Oops.

I got a very good rejection slip from a magazine that I am excited about. They requested that I send more poems. I’m not going to mention the name of the magazine because I don’t want to jinx it.

Congratulations, Jilly! We should get together sometime. We’re not that far away. Maybe we could do a reading or something. Who else lives within driving distance?
