I am trapped on a desert of raw gunshot wounds

Growing up in Michigan, I never ever thought that I’d ever pine for snow but I do. Cornbread is in the oven. Big pot of soup on the stove. (Recipe sounds gross but it is good. I add more water and more bay leaf.) Yeah.
