    Yoga’s actually pretty cool. I’ve found some decent ones on YouTube that go for an hour or so, and they’re good for flexibility, stretching and getting exercise when I’d rather just blob out. But going to classes with a good teacher first to see how it’s done properly would probably be advisable, just so you don’t hurt yourself. Have fun with it! :-)

    if you get a good teacher, i think you’ll like yoga. the best part of course is waking up the next morning and feeling fewer aches and pains.
