Google has Life Magazine photo archives online. Not too many poets & no women. Some Millay, etc if you search “poetess” though. (And you better behave or Bette Davis is going to get you. I have to say, that is a very weird combo of reader/poet.)

  1. Jilly, I don’t know what you’ve done with your RSS feed, but it works much better than the old one. That is, in my Google Reader your entries show up as a list, but to actually click the links I have to come to your site; in the old feed I would just click on the links and go directly to their URLs. As a result I missed, for example, your amazing site upgrade (I’m jealous) and who knows what all. Anyway, just wanted you to know that I’ve been a loyal reader who never visits, but now I’ll be dropping by most days.

    Thanks for all the good work.
