Poetry News For March 23, 2007

I have a haiku online at the Mainichi Daily News in Tokyo. :D (I didn’t even know. I just surfed there on my periodic haiku meanderings.) Part of my quest to create a poem with the fewest words (7 this time) … speaking of which

    The principal story is interesting. In the single creative writing class I ever took in high school, the teacher invited her husband to come to class and read us a “Going Down on My Wife Is Like Eating a Rich Avocado” sex poem. It was awesome, but now I am moved to wonder if she could have been fired for it.
